This is the last stage of the show, its actually a movie. Takumi has improved alot since the first. Now he has his car upgraded because he overloaded it in a battle. He and his girlfriend Natsuki kind of broken up, when ever he sees her he remembers the times they had together. He gets more and more interested in cars and mechanics. Ryosuke Takahashi, the fastest in the show, has asked him to join a team he is assembling. The purpose of this is to beat every area, making new speed records and leaving as legends. This new team is called the Kengai Racing Team. In return Ryosuke has made an offer to Takumi. He knows Takumi will come to an obstacle at some point or already has, he is willing to help him surpass them, and will teach him himself. But before he joins the team he feels as if there's a few things left for him to do. He thinks back to the race he had with Kyouichi Sudou of the Emperor team, and what he said, "weak engines lose". Takumi had lost that race because he blow his engine. Now that he has a new engine, he wants to race him again, but he Kyouichi's home course, Niko's Irohazaka. It was hard but Takumi won. After a while, this guy, Kai Kogashiwa with a Toyota SW20 comes and wants to challenge Takumi. It turns out that his dad and Takumi's dad were rivals. Since Takumi's dad was a legendary driver, Kai's dad must be very extreme himself. They plan to battle at Irohazaka. Even though both of them got tips, it was hard to telll which one would win. Takumi took the lead in at first, then Kai made his move some where in the middle. But it was tooo soon, it gave Takumi time to recover, and finally won.    Takumi and Natsuki tried to get together again, but Takumi was kind of reluctant, because she went out with that guy with the Benz. They eventually get back together, plus Takumi kind of saved her. Other than that, he has graduation to think about, and what would he do after that. He also had one last race with Ryosuke Takahashi, it was just to prove himself. Takumi eventually got back with Natsuki, but they're going seperate ways. She's going to Tokyo University, and he joined the team. Now he's off to challenge new people and overcome new obstacles. Top  1st Stage  2nd Stage  Extra Stage
